Section 1

General Terms of Use

The following general provisions apply to all aspects of the 7866bet platform and to every category of player interaction, from account creation through to game play, payments, and communications with the support team.

• These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7866bet website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services collectively referred to as "the Platform".
• By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the 7866bet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• 7866bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with an individual promotion or bonus offer document, the terms of the specific promotion shall apply to that promotion only; all other provisions of these Terms remain in full force.
• These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or localised version, the English text prevails.
• 7866bet is an entertainment platform. The Platform does not guarantee winnings and makes no representation that any player will profit from their gaming or betting activity.
• Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not authorised. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that accessing 7866bet is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering or depositing.
• 7866bet reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or restrict access to any feature, game, market, or service on the Platform at any time and without prior notice where operationally or legally necessary.
• All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to the 7866bet brand, logo, interface design, content, and text — is the exclusive property of 7866bet. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
• Any communication directed to 7866bet must be conducted in English via the support contact address: [email protected]. 7866bet will respond to all formal queries within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to 7866bet is restricted exclusively to adults. We apply rigorous age verification procedures and have a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, play, or withdraw on the Platform.

• To register a 7866bet account, you must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial intelligence agents may not register or operate accounts.
• By completing the 7866bet registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• 7866bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity during registration or verification will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited. 7866bet may report such cases to relevant authorities where legally required.
• Players must be resident in or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. 7866bet specifically targets the Bangladeshi market and designs its products, payment integrations, and support services for players located across Bangladesh's eight administrative divisions.
• Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Where multiple accounts are identified, 7866bet reserves the right to close all related accounts and confiscate all balances pending investigation.
• 7866bet employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable in their place of residence. 7866bet accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's access to the Platform in violation of local laws.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

A 7866bet account grants a player access to the full suite of Platform products including casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, and all active promotional offers. Account security is the joint responsibility of 7866bet and the player.

• Players must provide accurate personal information during registration including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. This information must match the identity documents used during KYC verification.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 7866bet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• 7866bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from 7866bet should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 7866bet support team immediately via [email protected]. 7866bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Players may update their registered contact details by contacting the support team. Changes to name, date of birth, or national identification information require documentary evidence and are subject to re-verification.
• 7866bet may use third-party identity verification services to confirm the accuracy of player-supplied information. By registering, you consent to such checks being performed. Verification checks do not constitute a credit check and will not appear on your credit file.
• Accounts inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. 7866bet will attempt to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are preserved and may be reclaimed by the player upon reactivation subject to verification.
• 7866bet reserves the right to refuse account registration without providing a reason, particularly where fraud prevention systems flag a registration as high-risk.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

7866bet supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment processing is handled securely, and player funds are managed with strict separation from operational funds.

• All deposits to 7866bet must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from accounts held by family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 7866bet does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their standard transfer fees independently of 7866bet. Please consult your MFS provider for their current fee schedule.
• Deposits are credited to your 7866bet account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment network. In the event of a delayed credit, players should contact [email protected] with their transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is confirmed.
• 7866bet reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to large withdrawal requests or withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for deposits. These checks are conducted to protect players against fraud and account takeover.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal. Where a player's account holds both bonus and real-money balances, real-money funds are used in play first unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
• In the event that a deposit is made erroneously or a transaction is disputed with the payment provider by the player without first contacting 7866bet support, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
• 7866bet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be conducted in BDT via the supported local payment methods.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotion Terms

7866bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general provisions below in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion offer. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of its terms.

• Bonuses are credited to the player's account as bonus balance, separate from real-money balance, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each individual promotion offer.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the relevant promotion.
• 7866bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before its stated expiry, players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice and a period in which to complete wagering.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. The maximum bonus bet limit for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Players may not transfer bonus balances between accounts.
• 7866bet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, artificially low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and collusion between players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as an individual who has never previously held a 7866bet account. Existing players who create a new account to claim a welcome bonus again are in violation of the single-account rule and subject to account closure.

Section 6

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Players using the 7866bet Platform agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all account holders and must be observed at all times during use of the Platform.

• Players must use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment. Using the Platform for commercial purposes, operating the account on behalf of a third party, or running a gambling-as-a-service operation through a 7866bet account is strictly prohibited.
• Players must not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the Platform's software, game logic, odds calculation systems, or payment infrastructure. Any such attempt will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be reported to law enforcement.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, navigate the Platform, claim bonuses, or interact with any part of the 7866bet interface in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human play.
• Players must not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live casino games, coordinating bets to exploit promotional mechanics, or conspiring to defraud the Platform through coordinated play patterns.
• Players must not make any public statement, social media post, or communication that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to the 7866bet brand or its employees. Legitimate complaints should be directed to [email protected].
• Players must not use the Platform to launder money or to process funds connected to criminal activity. 7866bet is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious financial activity where required.
• Players agree to treat all 7866bet support staff with respect. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at support agents will result in account suspension.
• Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings in their jurisdiction of residence. 7866bet does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for a player's failure to meet their personal tax obligations.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

Both 7866bet and the player have the right to close a player account under the circumstances described below. Account closure procedures differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or administrative (Platform-initiated).

• A player may request closure of their 7866bet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal will be processed to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
• 7866bet may suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; identity fraud; bonus abuse; multi-accounting; underage gambling; or any other conduct that poses a risk to the Platform or other players.
• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address. The player will have the opportunity to respond and provide information. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any accumulated winnings during the suspension period will be credited.
• Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all bonus balances, pending bonus winnings, and balances derived from bonus abuse will be forfeited. Real-money balances that can be verified as originating from legitimate deposits may be returned at 7866bet's discretion following investigation.
• Players who have been permanently excluded or banned may not attempt to re-register using a different name, email address, device, or payment method. Circumvention of a permanent ban will result in all balances on the new account being forfeited.
• 7866bet reserves the right to close the Platform, discontinue services, or exit the Bangladesh market. In the event of a Platform closure, players will be given reasonable advance notice and all verified real-money balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

7866bet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, reliable, and fair service, the following limitations of liability apply to all players and all circumstances of Platform use.

• 7866bet is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 7866bet was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• 7866bet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 7866bet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate maintenance windows in advance.
• Where a game or bet is voided due to a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure, 7866bet reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and to return stakes to the players' accounts. No additional compensation will be offered for inconvenience arising from such events.
• 7866bet is not responsible for any third-party content, services, or software accessed through links or integrations on the Platform. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified software of the respective game studio and are beyond 7866bet's control.
• Players use the Platform at their own risk. 7866bet strongly recommends that players set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and other responsible gaming controls available in the account settings section. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
• 7866bet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their 7866bet account in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arises.
• Any dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or account balance must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of the event in question. Claims submitted outside this window may not be considered.
